Axis must repair and steal the tank in Boozaka Town. There is a spawnflag inside the barbershop. Any team can capture the flag. When the Axis have escorted the tank into the tunnel, the spawns at Boozaka Town will be forced Axis, and the flag will disappear. The Allies must hold the flag at Boozaka Town for as long as they can. The Axis must escort the tank to the Ammo/Fuel-building at the end of the tunnel. The tank needs to be refueled with 8 fuelcans. There are 3 locations where a total of 8 fuelcans are stored (3+3+2). All fuelcans have to be delivered inside the Ammo/Fuel-building. After refueling, the tank must be escorted to the river outside Spinnertal. The Allies can build a barricade to force the tank to take a different route to the river. There is a spawnflag at the Old Skool. Any team can capture this flag during the entire mission. When the tank reaches the river, Axis must build a 3-stage bridge, and escort the tank into Braboheim. The bridge can NOT be destroyed when the tank is on the bridge. There is a neutral command-post; Any team can build/conquer this CP.

SplatterLadder wird Optimiert

Der Winter steht vor der Tür! Die Abende werden länger! Es wird Zeit für eine aufgebrezelte SL!

Daher haben wir für Euch die Köpfe mal gewaltig rauchen lassen um die SL in einem frischen Glanz erscheinen zu lassen. Es haben sich soviele Tips und Ideen über die Zeit angesammelt das es Zeit wurde diese umzusetzen. Man kann es schon fast mit einem Relaunch vergleichen.

Viele Features und grundlegende Änderungen fanden Einzug. Damit ihr schonmal einen kleinen Vorgeschmack bekommt was Euch erwartet, geben wir Euch ein paar Infos auf den Weg worauf Ihr Euch freuen könnt.

  • Die grösste Änderung ist ein komplett neuer Trackerkern, welcher das Herz der SL nun deutlich schneller und stabiler als bisher schlagen lässt. Gleichzeitig können wir dadurch ein neues Bewertungssystem einführen, was wesentlich fairer und transparenter ist und sich nicht mehr manipulieren lässt. Ausserdem können wir euch dadurch in Zukunft mehr als nur eine große Rangliste anbieten.

  • Es wird eine komplett überarbeitete Sessionberechnung geben, die noch informativer ist. Ausserdem entfällt dadurch das lästige ausschließen von Maps und Servern aus dem Ranking.

  • Angelehnt an den In-Game-Browser bekommt die SL endlich eine richtige personalisierbare Serverliste inklusive eigenem Permanentfilter spendiert - ihr seht nur das was ihr sehen wollt.
Natürlich wurde durch diesen Relaunch die SL im Kern so optimiert das der Serverscan-Intervall von 90 auf krasse 30 Sekunden gedrückt werden konnte. Frei nach dem Motto "Nur noch 30 Sekunden!"
Mit noch mehr Stats, noch mehr Speed und noch mehr Features bekommt ihr die beste SplatterLadder die es je gab.

Die Neue SL gibt es ab kommenden Mittwoch (25. Okt.). Da sich ebenfalls die IP ändert, wird es tagsüber auch eine kleine Auszeit von 2-3 Stunden geben. Das Forum ist davon nicht betroffen.SplatterLadder

Unable/Failed to resolve etguidauth

Seit dem neuen Punkbuster Release 1.279 haben viele Probleme um auf Server zu kommen. Die Ursache ist eine veraltete PBNS.DAT die aus der Vorgängerversion stammt die bei einem Update nicht automatisch mit aktualisiert wird, weil man garnicht erst auf den Server kommt. Denn erst wenn man sich auf dem Server befindet wird die eigentliche PB-Software nach und nach aktualisiert sofern diese zwischen Client und Server unterschiedlich ist. Wenn jetzt auf Server gegangen wird die das letzte PB Update drauf haben und der Client eine alte Version dessen besitzt verhindert die PBNS.DAT eine GUID Authentifizierung (Awaiting Gamestate) da sich in dieser die veralteten Daten für den Masterserver befinden. (Neu: 192.246.40.62 - pbguidauth.idsoftware.com)

Die Problemlösung:

  • Downloade pbsetup.exe von www.evenbalance.com
  • Lösche oder benenne den alten PB-Ordner um und lege einen einen PB-Ordner an in diesen Du die runtergeladene pbsetup.exe legst
  • Starte pbsetup.exe, folge den PBSETUP-Anweisungen und lade eine komplett neue PB-Software runter
  • Gehe auf einen Server mit der aktuellsten PB-Software und Du ziehst automatisch die neue PBNS.DAT vom Server
  • Fertig!

Since the new punkbuster release 1.279 many of you have problems connecting to several servers. The cause of this is an outdated PBNS.DAT which comes from the previous version and is not automatically updated, because one is now less than ever possible to connect to that server. Not until you have been connected the actual Punk Buster software is loaded if there is a difference between client and server. If you connect to servers which are running the last PB Update and the client is running an old version, the PBNS.DAT avoids an GUID authentification (awaiting gamestate) because of operating with outdated data for the masterserver. (new: 192.246.40.62 - pbguidauth.idsoftware.com)

Solution:

  • Download pbsetup.exe from www.evenbalance.com
  • Delete or rename the old pb-directory and create a new one in which you copy the downloaded file.
  • Start pbsetup.exe, follow the instructions and download a completely new pb-software.
  • Connect to an updated server, like this one, and you will receive a new PBNS.DAT from that server.
  • Done!

ETpro-Mapmod: Quicker Fueldump (Beta 1)

Dieser ETpro-Mapmod für Fueldump von nUllSkillZ erhöht die Spielgeschwindigkeit der Map. Ausgelegt für 6vs6, kürzeren Respawnzeiten, einer Maptime von 20 Minuten und schnellerem, unzerstörbaren Panzer.
Außerdem bietet der Mapmod Neuerungen wie eine Respawnflagge vor der Garage, Dynamitbarem Seiteneingang und das Teamdoor der Axis im Gebäude zum Dach wurde entfernt.

Introduction:
"Quicker Fueldump" is an ET-Pro 3.2.6 mapscript modification with the following features:
Global:
  • Timelimit: 20
  • Axis spawntime: 25
  • Allied spawntime: 20
  • Tank is invulnerable
1st stage:
  • Allied first spawn and tankstart at 2nd wooden hut (original Allied spawn still present and choosable but reduced to 6 spawnpoints)
  • Bridge only one stage constructible with a chargebarrequest of 1.25
  • Footbridge chargebarrequest 0.75
  • Tank destroys Tunnelentrance immediately after passing the Bridge
2nd stage:
  • capturable spawnflag at Garage (only for allied) if captured by allied flag can be choosen as spawnpoint spawn is independent of Commandpost state
  • Garage Ammo-/Health-cabinet available from startup independent of Commandpost state
  • Tank destroys Maingate after leaving the Tunnel Garage spawnflag switches to default and is removed
  • final Tankposition in front of Maingate enables another choosable allied spawn in the room near the tunnel exit
  • Sidewall is dynamitable
  • Axis teamdoor inside Fueldump building removed
  • Depotgates are still two stage constructibles but will be removed completely stage by stage after first time full construct and some additional fixes from mortis and reyalP

Gestern war der Release des neuen TC:E, leider ging kurz vorher deren Website down. Die Filegröße ist von ca. 150 MB auf ca. 460 MB angewachsen, was ahnen läßt das sich das warten auf die neue Version gelohnt hat.
TC:E steht bei uns für alle Betriebssysteme zur Verfügung, zusätzlich noch Server-Configs für diejenigen die einen eigenen Server aufsetzen möchten.

Ein sehr guter TTF-Font im Stil des Wolfenstein-Schriftzugs.
Geeignet für Websites, Maps, Mods & diverse andere Grafiken.
Alternativ bietet sich noch der Warlock-Font an falls dieser aus irgendeinem Grund nicht geeignet sein sollte.

ET-TC: TC:E The Long Wait Comes To An End...

Diane, Mitglied des TC:E Modteams, hat das Releasedatum der neusten Version bekannt gegeben.
Version 0.49 wird am Freitag, den 29. September, veröffentlicht.
Auf der Homepage wird ein Teaser Video zum Download angeboten.
Bis zum Release sollen weitere Informationen und Screenshots folgen.

Die Spätsommerpause neigt sich den Ende zu und schon kommt wieder reges Treiben in die Liga. Ab Montag den 25.09.2006 bis hin zum 08.10.2006 laufen die Anmeldungen für die nächste Runde.
Die darauf folgenden Spielpläne werden am Samstag den 14.10.2006 veröffentlich werden um dann pünktlich zum Montag 16.10.2006 mit der ersten Runde starten zu können.

Die Einschreibung der Teams wird allein durch den Clan Leader vorgenommen. Zusätzlich wird diesmal darum gebeten, einen Screenshot der GUIDS mit einzusenden.yrr von der ET-Freizeitliga
